Surf men identities a mystery

Greetings Outer Capers -- I'm researching the U.S. Lifesaving Service on the Outer Cape for a couple of projects, and was provided this photo by the family of Wilbur Chase, a surf man at the Nauset station (and others at times) from 1906 until the early 30s.

My best guess is that this image from the 1910s, or perhaps the 20s. There aren't any IDs on the photo, but I'm wondering if anyone might know who these fellows are? Drop me a line if you know.
